Heat-resistant putty | Pyro Putty 653 (Aremco)

A high-viscosity paste-type high-temperature resistant putty made with ceramic and metal as fillers. It is used as a high-temperature resistant metal repair putty.

The "Pirote 653" developed by Alemco is used for repairs of engines, industrial afterburners, boilers, heating furnaces, and power generation equipment, as well as for adhesive repairs of damaged parts. Due to its high viscosity, it can be applied up to 12mm thick on vertical surfaces. It is a one-component product and is dark gray in color. If a lower viscosity is required, please use Piro Paste 2400. [Heat resistance limit: 1093°C]

Used as a heat-resistant sealing agent and repair putty for metal parts. Does not decompose even at high temperatures! Does not contain volatile organic compounds.

The "Pyro Paste 2400" developed by Alemco is a low-viscosity paste-type high-temperature resistant putty filled with ceramic and metal, used as a heat-resistant sealant and for repairing metal parts. Being a soft putty, it can be dispensed using a dispenser. It is a one-component product and is dark gray in color. Heat-resistant putty | Cerakote HV-5

Heat-resistant putty based on ceramic and inorganic fibers. It has strong adhesion, adheres to metals and ceramics, and cures at room temperature.

"Seracote HV-5" is a high-viscosity putty primarily composed of silica. It is used for thick coating, filling, smoothing out uneven surfaces, and building up on metals and ceramics, as well as for adhering ceramic cloth. It has strong adhesion and cures at room temperature. It is not suitable for metals with a higher thermal expansion coefficient than stainless steel. [Heat resistance limit: 1,000℃]
